Los Altos Pool Reopening

 In Projects

The City of Albuquerque’s Los Altos Pool reopened on March 11th, in time for the first day of Albuquerque Spring Break. In attendance were Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller and District 7 City Councilor Diane Gibson. The beloved community pool was originally constructed in the 1950s and was due for a much-needed update. This $6.6 million project constructed a new building around the existing pool, enlarging facilities by approximately 8,000 square feet. In addition to expanding the pool deck areas and locker rooms, the project provides a new front entrance and lobby, new staff offices, and a multi-purpose meeting room.
