Four members of our staff — Mike Heitman, Stephen Williams, Steven Alano and John Florez — attended the Deming High School Ribbon Cutting Ceremony this past Monday. There was a great turnout from the community, and everyone in attendance was thrilled to tour the new facility. The ceremony was attended by two senators and included a performance by the Deming High School Band and ROTC as well as speeches from key members of Deming Public Schools. Students of DHS even fabricated a time capsule to be buried on the new campus. High fives to everyone for the hard work and perseverance to get this project to completion!
