Clovis Community College Long Range Master Plan | Clovis, New Mexico
In 2001, Greer Stafford developed a long-range master plan for Clovis Community College. The plan assessed existing campus facilities, examined projected enrollments, identified the College’s facilities needs and objectives, and ultimately outlined prioritized future development plans. One of the major recommendations was for a new three-phased educational & administrative complex to be constructed over multiple years, as funding became available.
Our team has since completed three updates to the Master Plan in 2007, 2010 and 2014. The latest plan, which emphasizes sustainable design and state-of-the-art technology, identifies and prioritizes eleven phases of future construction.
