Koogler Middle School Renovations & Addition | Aztec, New Mexico
This $12 million middle school renovations and addition project expanded and upgraded an existing school for 730 students in grades 6–8.
The project was one of many our firm completed as part of Aztec Municipal School’s $40 million school bond in 2007.
Work included the demolition of two existing classroom buildings and the construction of a new two-story classroom and administration building. Renovations to the main gymnasium included a new wood gym floor, bleachers, extensive locker room renovations and elimination of the basement and mezzanine levels. A new health classroom and weight room were also added. Extensive site re-development included storm drainage, sidewalks, parking lot, and parent and bus lanes.
