Warehouse 508 Teen Center | Albuquerque, New Mexico
This adaptive reuse project in Downtown Albuquerque transformed a former adult club into a multi-use teen center. Our project team conducted a series of design charrettes to gather input from the teenagers who would potentially be using the Center. The resulting program & design included spaces for a wide variety of activities: concerts; dance & drama performances; movies; art & computer classes; small workshops & meetings; an art gallery; a game room; computer lab; snack bar; retail store; and informal socializing.
In addition to providing services for Phase I construction (approximately 4,600 square feet), our firm developed a Master Plan for all 26,000 square feet of the facility.
